ABOUT MARIANNA PSALTIS
Marianna Psaltis is an Australian-Greek arts industry professional and qualified teacher with over 15 years of professional practice. Marianna is the Founder and Company Director of multiple award winning youth performing arts school, Brisbane Acting and Drama.

Marianna has directed over 50 full-length theatrical productions both published and original plays.
Marianna has worked in the industry from a young age and received many acting, teaching and directing awards including Best Director (Brisbane Festival Circuit) and Best Actor (Brisbane Arts Theatre).
Her most recent credits include training and casting actors for Australian movies, including Swimming for Gold (2020) and more recently, Streamline (2021). She also appears in the movie, Streamline and had the pleasure of working with Jason Issacs and Levi Miller among others.

Bachelor of Arts in Applied Theatre from Griffith University, majoring in Acting, Film and Media, Brisbane Australia. Associate Diploma in Teaching and Performing from Trinity College London, UK.
EXPERIENCE
16 years professional practice teaching, designing curriculum, working with early years to tertiary aged students. Over 30 years professional practice performing.
COACHING/MENTORING
Marianna coaches in the areas of professional and youth acting, speech and drama, curriculum English and drama, debating, public speaking, improvisation, essay writing, creative writing and dramaturgy.
She also continues to provide mentoring to arts youth, upcoming actors and women in business.
